Tolerance marathon
Association of Lithuanian Disability Forum on October 3 in Vilnius, Vince Kudirka square, held a “Tolerance marathon”. The event is intended to draw public attention to the difficulties faced by people with disabilities in everyday life, to cultivate tolerance and respect for them.
Event participants were able to briefly become disabled and to try different classes – learn to write Braille, to communicate without words, to carry out a test of understanding and so on. There were team games involving Vilnius schools.
